Install, maintains, and repairs physical structures, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Responsible for maintaining a positive and professional rapport with residents and co-workers
*Assist Maintenance Supervisor in the completion of all work. (preventative maintenance programs, basic knowledge in electrical repair, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, carpentry, painting and make-ready move-in and policing grounds).
*Custodial, painting, snow shoveling, pool care, etc…
*Emergency on-call

Experience:
One year related experience and/or training. HVAC certification preferred.
