Lease apartment homes to prospective residents and works directly with the Property Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure proper procedures are followed according to Mills Properties policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following, and other duties as assigned by your Manager.

*Leasing
*Good communication and verbal skills.
*Thorough knowledge of property, community, and surrounding city
*Demonstrate features in regards to telephone technique, benefit selling techniques, and follow-up techniques.
*Responsible for accuracy of security deposits, rent payments and other miscellaneous fees.
*Verifications of applications information.
*Familiarity with administrative and maintenance reports.
*Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
One-year prior related experience and/or training preferred.
