Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Trims and edges around walks, flowerbeds, and walls.
*Prunes shrubs and trees.
*Maintains upkeep and maintenance of Water features.
*Sprays lawn.
*Keeps grounds clean and removes litter.
*Shovels snow, maintains walkways and driveways (spreading salt, clearing away snow).
*Plants grass, flowers, trees and shrubs (Waters lawn, shrubs and plants).
*Repairs and paints fences, gates, walls, walks and outbuildings.
*Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts.
*Maintains tools (sharpens and cleans).
*Makes minor equipment repairs (Lawn mover, spreader, snow removal equipment).
*Delivery of notices.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
High degree of physical demands. Individual must be able to lift or move 50 to 100 pounds. This position involves a lot of walking, use of hands, kneeling, crawling, bending over and other physical demands essential for this position as needed.
